Hajer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University College of Bahrain, which she earned in 2013. Her career began in the banking industry, where she worked as a mortgage consultant in the business development department. However, her passion for world politics and international relations led her to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she joined the Junior Diplomats Program in June 2017. The program provided her with six months of intensive academic and practical training, which included serving in both political and administrative directorates of the Ministry, such as the Communications Directorate, European Affairs and European Union Directorate, and Afro-Asian Directorate.
After completing the program, Hajer worked for four years at the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on developing long academic programs like the Junior Diplomats Program and the Senior and Executive Diplomats Program. She speaks both Arabic and English fluently and is interested in learning French. Since March 2022, Hajer has been working for the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in London.
Hajer is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new places and cultures. In her free time, Hajer enjoys playing tennis.

Mohamed has been an Algerian diplomat since 2002. He holds a diploma from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration d'Alger, a degree in Law, a Master's degree in Public Finance and a Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations.
He has held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has also served as Secretary of Foreign Affairs at the Algerian Embassy in Harare (Zimbabwe) from 2004- 2008, as well as Counsellor of Foreign Affairs in charge of Economic and Trade Affairs and Bilateral Relations at the Algerian Embassy in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) from 2010-2015.
Since his posting to the Algerian Embassy in London in September 2019, he is Head of the Economic Department and he focuses on promoting economic and trade relations between his country and the UK.

With responsibility for the Middle East, Richard oversees Considerate’s business development in the region, having previously worked for Big 4 consultancy firms in the UAE and Oman.

Mr Bandar Ali Reda joined the Arab British Chamber of Commerce, on 1st March 2019, as Secretary General and CEO, becoming the fourth person to lead the Chamber since its foundation almost five decades ago.

As CEO, Mr Reda contributes his expertise by drawing on his wealth of experience as a diplomat and extensive time spent in the private sector to ensure the Chamber moves to the next level.

Mr Reda has a distinguished professional career of more than a decade in banking and corporate industry at SABB HSBC Saudi Arabia, prior to senior positions in the diplomatic service of his country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he served as Commercial Attaché in the UK & Europe, based in London, and in Italy and as part of the Saudi delegation to the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) in Paris.

Mr Reda holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Orlando, USA. He has been an Executive Member of the Saudi-Italian Business Council, the Council of Saudi Chambers; a Member of the Business Youth Committee, Jeddah Chamber of Commerce; a Member of the Saudi Economy Association; and a Member of the Saudi Arabian legal accountants. Mr Reda has demonstrated his experience and abilities in his roles in both public and private sectors.

Since taking up his post, Mr Reda has successfully steered the Chamber throughout the difficult months of the pandemic and lockdown, a period which presented unprecedented challenges for international trade and the business community. Under Mr Bandar Reda’s guidance and leadership, the Chamber not only continued all its activities uninterrupted but extended its services during this period and has reinforced its reputation as the leading strategic business services organisation in the UK dedicated to strengthening Arab-British trade and building closer business co-operation.

Mr Abdeslam El-Idrissi is proud to have served the best part of over 36 years with the Arab British Chamber of Commerce, serving both as Director of Trade Services, Acting General Manager and now his present position as Deputy CEO and Secretary General. During this time, he has cultivated strong relationships with British Chambers, Government bodies, educational institutions, NGOs across both the Arab world and the UK regions, as well as the UK-Arab business communities as a whole.
To this end, Mr El-Idrissi is in much demand across the regions as a keynote speaker and as one of the UK’s leading experts on UK-Arab trade relations.
He is also a key member of the Institute of Export where in the past he has held the position of Vice Chair of the Institute of Export, London Branch for a period of 7 years.

Gregory Baker is an internationally recognised entrepreneur and successful founder of multiple businesses in the finance, sustainability, and tech sectors. Most notably recognised for founding the socially conscious investment platform ESE Capital, Gregory focuses on establishing businesses that leave a positive impact on their clients, local communities and environments, and end users.

Since the beginning of his career, Gregory has focused on the acquisition and scaling of businesses from the start-up phase through go-to-market and eventual sale, generating millions in revenue. The main focus throughout his career has been large scale real estate projects that embody sustainability from initial concept through to end result, prioritising affordability and promoting the use of renewable resources, sustainably sourced materials and greener construction methods to revolutionise the housing industry in the UK and push for low-carbon developments.

Gregory has diversified his experience in recent years, holding directorships with The Barony Wellness promoting wellness, leisure and sustainable tourism in the UK and Europe, Geo Alpha, ESE Film, Travel TB and many others across multiple industries including AI.

In his spare time he is a keen kite surfer, and has recently penned his first children’s book about a turtle his family rescued in Morocco
