The ABCC is delighted to host a reception for a delegation of leading Palestinian tech executives who will be visiting the UK to take part in London Tech Week, taking place between 12-14 June at Queen Elizabeth II Centre.
The Chamber is also excited to announce that joining us at the reception will be H.E. Dr. Husam Zomlot, Head of the Palestinian Mission to the United Kingdom.
Our event will showcase the role of the UK Palestinian Tech Hub, an initiative of the British Consulate-General (BCG) in Jerusalem and implemented as part of a UK-funded Trade Facilitation and Customs Support (Tasdeer) programme.
The Palestinian delegation hopes to meet with UK tech experts, including investors, accelerator managers and tech professionals to foster collaboration and investment. This is the third such tech delegation following successful previous visits in October 2022 and March 2023.
The UK Palestinian Tech Hub seeks to facilitate relevant connections and partnerships between the British and Palestinian technology ecosystems, to promote cohesion and sustainability in the Palestinian tech sector.
